Three programmes, one steady team
Whether a family needs organisation, social connection, or warm daytime company, Cendana has a programme designed for that. Detailed information on each is below.
Back to HomeHow every programme starts
Before any programme begins, Cendana arranges an initial planning conversation with the family. This is not a sales call — it is a practical session to understand the household, the older relative's preferences, and what gaps in the weekly routine the family wants to address.
The outcome of that conversation is a written support plan: a document the whole family can reference, which specifies what the programme includes, how sessions are scheduled, and how Cendana will communicate with the family going forward.
Review points are built in from the start. After the first month, and every three months thereafter, Cendana and the family discuss how the programme is working and adjust where needed.
